Pastor of Grace Life Church in Edmonton, Canada, James Coates, has been arrested and jailed for non-compliance with the “Alberta Public Health Act” which violates our God given right to gather and worship according to our faith. Read the full Story Here.

The officers told Coates that he could be released if he promised to discontinue Sunday services, which the pastor refused to do.
Coates’ lawyer James Kitchen told CTV News that his client was willing to go to jail in order to do the “right thing” but “Coates could not, in good conscience,” agree to the cessation of church services.
“His first obedience is to his Lord, is to his God. And normally, obeying Jesus and obeying the government go right in hand,” Kitchen said. “The government’s forcing him into a position where he has to choose between disobeying God and obeying government, or obeying God and disobeying government.”

They can try to silence the truth of God’s word, but they will fail. We will preach the truth until Jesus returns! Please keep pastor James Coates, his family, and his church body in prayer.
What would happen if 10000 people did the same thing. how many people would be placed in jail. Would they release murderers or kidnappers or pedofiles to arrest people just deemanding freedom. Further persecution will unleash a scenario that will be untennable. We are only under the laws of governments which we aquiesce to.
